Commends Representative Rich Wingo for his distinguished legislative service to the State of Alabama and House District 62 of Tuscaloosa County.

Recognizes Wingo's service since becoming a member of the Alabama State House of Representatives in 2014 and his work on multiple committees including Financial Services, Insurance, Ways and Means General Fund, Tuscaloosa County Legislation, Urban and Rural Development, and Ethics and Campaign Finance.

Notes Wingo holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Alabama and is a Shopping Center Developer, member and Deacon at First Baptist Church of Tuscaloosa, and Sunday School Teacher.

Acknowledges Wingo as a dedicated family man with wife Cheri, two children (Jake and Luke), and four grandchildren (Sage, Walker, Jacob, and Patton).

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to Representative Wingo in recognition of his outstanding record of service and invaluable contributions to the House.
