Commends Mr. Mike Roden for 33 years of professional experience in Resource Conservation and Development (RC and D).

Recognizes Roden's career beginning as a coordinator for Alabama's Mountains, Rivers, and Valleys (AMRV) RC and D in 1989 and his service as Executive Director since 2011.

Acknowledges Roden's innovations including animal waste nutrient recycling, poultry litter relocation, on-site sewage wetlands for rural businesses, and small farmer rainwater collection.

Honors Roden's role in establishing the WaterWorks Center for Environmental Education and authoring three children's educational coloring books.

Presents the resolution to Roden at the Alabama Association of Resource Conservation and Development Council's Annual Meeting in Gulf Shores, Alabama, April 24-27, 2022.
