Honors Angel Rose Morrow on her selection as one of five 2022 Young Heroes of Alabama, a program presented by Alabama Public Television recognizing students in grades 9-12 who excel academically, serve the public, overcome adversity, or inspire others.

Angel is a senior at Carbon Hill High School with a 3.89 GPA, in the top 10 percent of her class, on the Honor Roll for 14 consecutive quarters, and on the Principal's List for Academic Achievement.

Currently taking classes at the Walker County Center of Technology to become a certified EKG technician and medical assistant, with plans to attend Bevill State Community College to become a registered nurse.

Serves on the Yearbook Staff and is a member of the BETA Club, KEY Club, and HOSA Club; volunteers with senior adults, youth activities, and serves as a mentor to children at the Free Will Baptist Children's Home where she resides.

The House of Representatives honors and commends Angel Rose Morrow with this resolution, offering sincere best wishes for her future endeavors.
