Honors Adrianna Orsi on her selection as a 2022 Young Hero of Alabama by Alabama Public Television, which recognizes grades 9-12 students who excel academically, serve publicly, overcome adversity, or inspire others.

Adrianna is a senior at Wetumpka High School ranked second in her graduating class of 232 with a GPA of 4.275 and an ACT score of 35, expected to be Valedictorian or Salutatorian.

Adrianna participates in marching band, symphonic band, STEAM Machine Robotic Team, and National Honor Society, and has earned AP Scholar with Honors, AU Women in Science and Mathematics Awards, and the Regeneron Biomedical Award.

Tutors other students in chemistry with demonstrated success, helping each student show measurable improvement on tests through her ability to simplify complex concepts.

Took on a mothering role for her sisters at age 13 following a tragic family situation while maintaining academic excellence and supporting her family and community.
