• Appropriates $222,465 from the Alabama Board of Examiners in Counseling Fund to the Board of Examiners in Counseling for fiscal year ending September 30, 2022.

• Appropriates $30,000 from the Alabama Board of Examiners of Assisted Living Administrators Fund to the Board of Examiners of Assisted Living Administrators for fiscal year ending September 30, 2022.

• Appropriates $119,305,398 from the State General Fund to various state agencies and entities, including corrections ($30,000,000), agriculture ($9,500,000), law enforcement ($7,043,500), environmental management ($7,377,000), and numerous other departments for specific projects.

• Amends Section 2C of Act 2021-479 to clarify that $1,200,000 in Department of Commerce appropriations for Washington County property acquisition shall not be released until a letter of intent to purchase is provided to the Secretary of Commerce by the County Commission Chair and Economic Development Authority Executive Director.

• Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
