• Authorizes the Alabama Athlete Agents Commission to conduct meetings via telephone conference, video conference, or similar communications equipment where all participants can hear each other simultaneously.

• Allows participation in virtual meetings to count as presence in person for purposes of quorum, deliberation, and action by commission members.

• Requires virtual meetings to provide public members the same opportunity to simultaneously listen to or observe proceedings as allowed at physical meetings.

• Exempts commission meetings conducted via electronic means from compliance with Section 36-25A-5.1 of the Alabama Open Meetings Act.

• Makes nonsubstantive technical revisions to update existing code language and terminology, including changing "promulgate" to "adopt" for rule-making authority.
