Allows notices required to be posted at county courthouses or other specific buildings under Title 11 of the Alabama Code to be posted using alternative methods instead of physical posting.

Permits posting on any publicly-available county website that is accessible 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, except during necessary maintenance or circumstances beyond county control.

Permits posting on electronic displays within the courthouse or other specified building, accessible to the public in substantially the same manner as physical posting.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor, or upon otherwise becoming law.
