• Require dispensaries to obtain negative pregnancy test documentation dated within 48 hours of purchase from women ages 25-50 before selling medical cannabis, except when acting as registered caregivers.

• Prohibit breast-feeding women from purchasing cannabis products except in their capacity as registered caregivers.

• Require pregnant registered qualified patients to report pregnancy status to their certifying physician and prohibit them from obtaining medical cannabis throughout pregnancy.

• Mandate that each dispensary location be situated at least 1,000 feet from any school, day care facility, or 2-year or 4-year institution of higher education.

• Effective date is the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
