Sets the annual salary for the Judge of Probate of Tuscaloosa County at $157,500 per year, payable from the county's general fund in the manner other county employees are paid.

Establishes this salary as the total compensation for the position, replacing any prior salary, expense allowance, or other compensation paid under previous law.

Entitles the judge of probate to receive uniform compensation increases (such as cost-of-living adjustments) and employee benefits granted to all county employees.

Ratifies and confirms any salary or compensation paid to the Judge of Probate prior to the act's effective date.

Repeals all conflicting laws, specifically superseding Act 85-106 of the 1985 Regular Session, and becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
