Judge of Probate of Bullock County may establish procedures for motor vehicle registration renewal by mail, Internet, or other electronic means.

Registrants may pay taxes and fees by credit card, debit card, or other electronic banking transactions.

Judge of Probate may charge a mail fee not to exceed $4 for renewal decals and not to exceed $7 when new license plates are mailed or delivered.

All fees collected are deposited in the Bullock County Probate Judge Fund and used to implement, administer the program, and operate the probate office.

In-person registration renewals at the judge's office remain available as an option and are unaffected by this act.
