Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the Town of Cherokee Ridge in Marshall County, Alabama.

Annexes two tracts of land identified as Tract 1 (2.66 acres) and Tract 2 (0.96 acres) located in Section 16, Township 7 South, Range 1 East.

Tract 1 is situated in the northeast quarter and northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 16, bounded by U.S. Highway 231 and Allens Cross Road.

Tract 2 is located in the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 16, also adjacent to U.S. Highway 231 and a county road.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, with a map of the annexed territory filed in the Marshall County Probate Judge's office for public inspection.
