• Proposes a constitutional amendment to the Alabama Constitution of 1901, known as the Alabama Second Amendment Preservation Act.

• Prohibits state and political subdivision public funds from being allocated to enforce any federal executive order issued by the President of the United States that becomes effective after January 1, 2021, and limits or restricts firearm ownership, use, or possession.

• Prevents appointed or elected officials, officers, employees, or agents of the state or political subdivisions from enforcing such federal executive orders when acting in an official capacity.
