• Continues the existence and functioning of the Alabama State Board of Prosthetists and Orthotists until October 1, 2026, pursuant to the Alabama Sunset Law.
• Preserves Code of Alabama 1975 Sections 34-25A-1 to 34-25A-14, which establish and govern the Board, until the sunset date.
• The Sunset Committee recommends the continuance of the Board based on its review.
• The Legislature concurs in the Sunset Committee's recommendations.
• Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
