SB98 Summary

• Continues the existence and functioning of the Alabama Real Estate Commission until October 1, 2023, pursuant to the Alabama Sunset Law.

• Preserves Code of Alabama 1975 Sections 34-27-1 to 34-27-101, inclusive, which establish and govern the Alabama Real Estate Commission.

• Implements the Sunset Committee's recommendation for continued operation of the Commission.

• Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor, or upon becoming law.
