Celebrates Mrs. Rachel Whatley on her 105th birthday, which she observed on Sunday, January 9, 2022

Notes that Mrs. Whatley is a native of Clayton, Alabama who moved to the Valdosta, Georgia area more than 60 years ago and has resided at PruittHealth Crestwood since 2018

Recognizes that she is the only living child and youngest daughter of 13 children (seven girls and six boys) born to Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Floyd in the early 1900s

Acknowledges her character as someone who loves to sing in the hallways and is often found praying, as noted by Crestwood activities director Danielle Sawdon

Legislature of Alabama commends Mrs. Whatley on this milestone and offers best wishes for continued prosperity
