Designates Macon County Road 69 in Macon County, Alabama as the Dr. Willie Kirk, Jr. Highway in recognition of his service to the community.

Requires appropriate officials to place and maintain signs or markers on the designated portion of Macon County Road 69.

Honors Dr. Kirk's career beginning in 1947 as a pipefitter, including installation of the first gas-fired boiler at Tuskegee University, and his service as Plumbing and Building Inspector for seven years.

Recognizes Dr. Kirk's contributions to Tuskegee University's Board of Trustees, the Alabama Democratic Conference, Democratic Black Caucus, and the Little Texas Volunteer Fire Department since 2003.

Senate adopted February 22, 2022; House adopted February 24, 2022.
