Memorializes Mrs. Elizabeth (Nena) Berry Biddle of Gardendale, Alabama, who died on February 15, 2022, at age 91.

Recognizes her 30-year teaching career at North Birmingham Elementary School and Arthur School, where she taught fifth grade and remained a beloved figure to former students.

Honors her advocacy work improving mental health services in Alabama, including serving 28 years on the Board of Directors of the Jefferson Blount St. Clair (JBS) Mental Health Authority and appointments to the State Department of Mental Health Board of Trustees by Governors Don Siegleman and Bob Riley.

Notes the Alabama Department of Mental Health named the 1920 Club building on Birmingham's Southside The Jack and Nena Biddle Building in recognition of her tireless work.

Survived by her husband Jack Biddle, two children, two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a sister.
