Provides Pickens County Revenue Commissioner an additional $8,000 per year expense allowance effective the first day of the month following passage, payable in equal monthly installments and treated as salary for retirement purposes.

Increases the Revenue Commissioner's annual salary by $8,000 per year effective beginning the next term of office after the act's passage, at which point the temporary expense allowance becomes void.

Entitles the Revenue Commissioner to the same uniform increases in compensation (such as cost-of-living increases) received by other elected county officers effective October 1, 2024, with uniform increases paid as expense allowances during the term and added to permanent salary at the end of each term.

Requires all expense allowance and salary payments to be made from the same fund or funds currently used to pay the Revenue Commissioner's salary.

Became effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
