Requires the Alabama Department of Commerce to publish information on its website about economic development incentives awarded under the Alabama Jobs Act.

For each incentivized project, must disclose: company name, county location, estimated capital investment, estimated new jobs, estimated average hourly wage, estimated jobs credit value, estimated investment credit value, projected 10-year and 20-year return on incentives, and value of any committed cash incentives.

Requires publication of aggregated performance data covering all projects incentivized under the Alabama Jobs Act.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
