Adds Section 31-1-8 to the Code of Alabama 1975 establishing that the United States Space Force was created on December 20, 2019, as the first new branch of the U.S. Armed Forces in 73 years.

Defines the Space Force mission as conducting global space operations to enhance joint and coalition military operations.

Requires all verbal and written collective references to the United States Armed Forces in Alabama law to include the United States Space Force.

Directs the Code Commissioner to update all collective references to the Armed Forces throughout Title 31 and elsewhere in the Alabama code to include the Space Force at a time the Commissioner deems appropriate.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
