Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the Town of Grant in Marshall County, Alabama to include four tracts of land totaling approximately 244.37 acres.

Tract 1 includes approximately 2,650 feet of property with access to Cathedral Caverns road and includes rights to water from a spring on Gurley Lot No. 1 with necessary easements and pipe maintenance rights.

Tract 2 includes 100 acres (20 acres in the Northeast Fourth and 80 acres in the Southeast Fourth of Section 29) plus a 10-foot right of way on each side of a road, and includes caves, caverns, and subterranean entry and egress rights.

Tract 3 encompasses 141.85 acres in Sections 29 and 32, Township 5 South, Range 4 East, with detailed boundary descriptions referencing county roads, fence lines, and property corners.

Tract 4 includes 1.52 acres in the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 29, and the act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and governor approval.
