• Extends the corporate limits of the City of Loxley in Baldwin County to annex five parcels of land totaling approximately 5.296 acres for water and utilities infrastructure.

• Tract I annexes 2.20 acres at Plantation Hills Water Tank Site (Parcel ID 43-01-01-0-000-001.003).

• Tract II annexes 1.033 acres at Well 3 Site (Parcel ID 42-02-04-0-000-001.001) with a 30-foot non-exclusive utility easement.

• Tract III annexes 1.033 acres at Well Site 4 (Parcel ID 42-02-04-0-000-001.002) with a 30-foot easement for gas, water, sewer, and drainage infrastructure.

• Tracts IV and V annex 0.60 acres total for Hardee's Water Tank and a vacant utilities site east of the tank (Parcel IDs 33-08-34-0-000-022.001 and 022.002).
