Congratulates Mr. Joey D. Dumas for winning the 2021 National Auto Sport Association National Championship at Daytona International Speedway Road Course.

Recognizes Mr. Dumas as being in his eighth year of high performance driving and serving as a NASA and Porsche Club of America Driving Instructor with a NASA Time Trial and Full Rating Competition License.

Acknowledges prior championships and achievements including 2018 NASA NOLA Region TT3 Champion, 2019 NASA NOLA Region TT3 and TT Overall Champion, 2020 NASA NOLA Region TT3 Class Champion, and 2021 NASA NOLA Region TT3 Points Leader and Class Champion.

Notes Mr. Dumas grew up in Citronelle, Alabama and has lived most of his life in the Mobile, Alabama area, serving as an inspiration to his community.
