Commends Chandler Hayes Stephenson of Troop 7078 for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout on November 2, 2022, and receiving official Board of Review honors on February 5, 2023, along with two Silver Eagle Palms.

Recognizes Stephenson's 12-year Scouting journey beginning in 2010 as a Tiger Cub, advancing through ranks to Eagle Scout, and earning 56 Merit Badges.

Highlights Stephenson's participation in advanced Scouting experiences including Sea Base SCUBA Certification (2018), World Scout Jamboree (2019), and National Youth Leadership Training courses.

Notes Stephenson's continued leadership in the Order of the Arrow as Yuchi Chapter Chief and Vice Chair of Inductions for Coosa Lodge, and his acceptance to Lipscomb University for fall 2023 to pursue a finance degree.
