Honors the memory of Chief Warrant Officer Three Danny Randolph of Murfreesboro and Chief Warrant Officer Three Daniel Wadham of Joelton, who died on February 15, 2023, during a routine training flight with the Tennessee Army National Guard.

Both officers were assigned to A Company, 1-230th Assault Helicopter Battalion, stationed at Berry Field Air National Guard Base in Nashville; Randolph served 13 years in the military and was a 2000 graduate of Gallatin High School; Wadham served 15 years in the military.

Expresses sympathy and condolences to the families of both officers and recognizes their dedication to military excellence, love of family and country, and commitment to defending the nation.

Directs the Department of Transportation to coordinate with local governing officials to designate the portion of Alabama Highway 53 at mile marker 327.9 as the Chief Warrant Officer Danny Randolph and Chief Warrant Officer Daniel Wadham Memorial Mile and to erect appropriate commemorative signs.
