Congratulates the Alabama Association of REALTORS® (AAR) on its 100th anniversary concluding in 2022.

Recognizes that AAR received its charter in 1922 with A.C. Montgomery elected as its first President, who also served as Regional Director for Alabama for the National Association of REALTORS®.

Acknowledges AAR's achievements in passing legislation benefiting property owners and small business owners, and its cooperation with government leaders, financial industry, homebuilders, and health officials to facilitate real estate transactions.

Honors AAR's century-long service protecting private property rights and promoting home ownership while adapting to serve its communities.

Passed by the House on March 23, 2023, and adopted by the Senate on April 11, 2023.
