Commends Command Sergeant Major James W. Frye of Jasper, Alabama, for his dedicated service to the Military Police Corps Regiment and the United States Army.

Recognizes Frye's induction on October 18, 2022, as a Gold Recipient of the Order of the Marechaussee, making him one of only 17 people to receive this award since its establishment in 2000.

Honors Frye's military service from 1955 to 1984, including serving as the first non-commissioned officer Provost Marshal of Mannheim Military Community in 1979, first Regimental Sergeant Major in September 1982, and first non-commissioned officer elected to the Military Police Hall of Fame in 1992.
