Commends Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated, for its commitment to educational and cultural development of youth and cultivation of future leaders.

Recognizes the organization's founding on January 24, 1938, by Marian Stubbs and 20 other mothers to serve African American families with children ages 2-19.

Notes the organization has grown to 262 chapters across seven regions representing more than 50,000 families nationwide, with the Jack and Jill Foundation distributing millions of dollars to communities since its 1968 inception.

Acknowledges Alabama's seven chapters convening at the State House on April 20, 2023, to advocate for voting education, the Crown Act, gun control, policing reform, and mental health awareness.

Directs the House Clerk to provide an appropriate copy of this resolution to Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated.
