Congratulates Mr. Joey D. Dumas for winning the 2021 National Auto Sport Association National Championship at Daytona International Speedway Road Course.

Recognizes Dumas as a NASA and Porsche Club of America (PCA) Driving Instructor in his eighth year of high performance driving with a NASA Time Trial and Full Rating Competition License and no on-track incidents with damage.

Acknowledges his multiple regional championships including 2018 NASA NOLA Region TT3 Champion, 2019 NASA NOLA Region TT3 Class Champion and Overall Champion, 2020 NASA NOLA Region TT3 Class Champion, and 2021 NASA NOLA Region TT3 Points Leader.

Notes Dumas is from Citronelle, Alabama and has lived most of his life in the Mobile, Alabama area, serving as an inspiration to his community.
