Commends Miss Carley Seabrooke for earning the silver medal in women's smallbore rifle at the 2023 USA National Junior Olympic Rifle Championship held April 9-11, 2023, at the Olympic and Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Recognizes that Miss Seabrooke competed against 118 athletes from around the country for the title.

Notes Miss Seabrooke's membership in the Shelby County Shooting Association and sponsorship by American Legion Matthew Blount Post 555, and her first place finish in the "Precision" shooting competition at The American Legion Alabama Commander's Cup event on March 4, 2023.

Highlights that Miss Seabrooke is a 10th grader at Helena High School in Shelby County, member of the Helena High School Band, mountain biker, Eagle Scout, and member of the Boy Scouts of America Scouting Honor Society.
