Mourns the death of Mr. Kermit O'Neal Seals, Sr. of Mobile, Alabama, who died on April 23, 2023, at age 80.

Honors his career as a 1960 Cedar Grove High School graduate, retired Mobile police officer, and football coach for Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic School.

Recognizes his involvement with the Florida-Bama Tailgators, Port City Cruisers, Mobile Police Benevolent Association, and numerous political campaigns.

Acknowledges his survivors including five children (Julius, Frank, Janon, Bryon, and Erin Seals), 15 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.

Expresses the Alabama House of Representatives' heartfelt sympathy to his family for their loss.
