Honors Master Sergeant George N. Sneed for over 39 years of dedicated service to the United States Military and 38 years as a technician.

Recognizes MSG Sneed's service as S4 NCOIC for the 1,103rd Combat Sustainment Support Battalion and his promotion to Master Sergeant in 2013.

Acknowledges three combat zone deployments: Operation Desert Shield/Storm (1990), Operation Noble Eagle (2002), and Operation Iraqi Freedom (2007), where he oversaw over 2,300 maintenance work orders.

Notes MSG Sneed's service in Operation Enduring Freedom (2013) in Afghanistan where he provided logistic support and assisted in closing over 20 combat outposts and forward operating bases.

Recognizes his receipt of numerous awards including a Bronze Star and expresses gratitude for his service with best wishes for his retirement.
