Honors Sergeant First Class Latonya J. O'Neal for over 22 years of dedicated service to the United States Military and recognition upon her retirement.

Recognizes her promotion to Sergeant First Class in 2019 and service as S1 NCOIC of the 1,103rd Combat Sustainment Support Battalion.

Acknowledges her Associate Degree in Technology from Pierce College (1998) and combat deployments including Operation Iraqi Freedom (April 2003) and Operation Enduring Freedom (May 2005) providing fuel and logistics support.

Notes her 20 years of service with the Alabama National Guard beginning in September 2010, including positions at Joint Forces Headquarters, the 111th Ordnance Group, and 167th Theater Sustainment Command.

Recognizes her numerous military awards including Army Achievement Medal and multiple Meritorious Service Medals, and commends her "mission first" attitude and selfless service to soldiers.
