Acknowledges major donors and contributors including Boeing Company, Poarch Band of Creek Indians, Tennessee Valley Authority, Huntsville Utilities, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama, and numerous individuals and foundations.

Recognizes the Space and Rocket Center as a facility that provides visitors with a unique experience combining educational and recreational value.

Dedicates the resolution to the center with admiration and regard for the opening of the new operations center.
