Commends Huntsville, Alabama and U.S. Paralympics Cycling for hosting the UCI 2023 Para-Cycling Road World Cup Final from May 26-29, 2023 at Cummings Research Park, the first international Para-Cycling World Cup event held in the United States.

Welcomes approximately 350 athletes along with coaches, support staff, and families from more than 40 countries to compete in the event.

Recognizes that competitors are aiming to qualify for the 2023 UCI World Championships in Glasgow, Scotland in August and the 2024 Summer Paralympic Games in Paris.

Notes that athletes will compete in individual time trials, individual road races, and team relay road races using two-wheeled cycles, handcycles, two-person tandem cycles, and tricycles.

Acknowledges that event organizers will utilize more than 500 volunteers to ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive experience during the Memorial Day weekend event.
