Licensed manufacturers or importers of alcoholic beverages may donate up to 4.5 liters or equivalent of liquor sourced from a licensed manufacturer or importer to a licensed nonprofit special event per event.

Donations must be acquired from the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board based on the listed retail price of the product and shall be taxed in accordance with state and federal laws, rules, and regulations.

Donations must be reported on a form prescribed by the board.

Any liquor remaining at the conclusion of the nonprofit event shall be returned to the broker for disposal.

The act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following its passage and approval by the Governor.
