Alters, rearranges, and extends the corporate boundary lines of the City of Bay Minette in Baldwin County, Alabama to include specified adjacent territory in Section 21, Township 3 South, Range 3 East.

Defines the annexation parcel by detailed metes and bounds description beginning at the northeast corner of Section 21 and including approximately 4,189 feet of frontage along the north line of the section, with boundaries along U.S. Highway No. 31.

A map showing the proposed territory is on file and open to public inspection in the Office of the Judge of Probate in Baldwin County, Alabama, in accordance with Section 11-42-6 of the Code of Alabama 1975.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or upon otherwise becoming law.
