Amends Section 12-5A-13 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to include Shelby County in counties where juvenile court services are under state court system control and the Administrative Office of Courts.

Effective October 1, 2024, Shelby County shall be treated as a county with a population of 99,000 or less according to the 1990 federal decennial census for purposes of juvenile probation service provisions.

Maintains existing provisions for Mobile County, which continues to be excluded from counties with population over 99,000 and included in counties with population of 99,000 or less.

Act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or when otherwise becoming law.
