Honors the life of Mr. Bartley "Bart" Eugene Tomlinson III, age 60, of Montgomery, Alabama, who passed away on February 12, 2022, after a battle with cancer.

Recognizes Tomlinson's 10-year career as an attorney and lobbyist for the law firm of Ms. Kimberly H. Adams, PC, and his respect among fellow lobbyists, judges, district attorneys, and colleagues at the Alabama State House.

Notes Tomlinson's education from The University of Alabama and Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama, graduating in 1994.

Survived by his mother Shelby Lowrey Jones (Houston, Texas); father Bartley Eugene "Gene" Tomlinson, Jr. (Franklin, Alabama); sister Nancy Jones Bush; brother Randolph Lowrey Jones; and multiple nephews and nieces.

Resolution expresses deep sadness at his death and offers tribute to his life with heartfelt sympathy extended to his family.
