Honors William Dice "Bo" Lineberry posthumously for his professional achievements in nonprofit and charitable law in Alabama.

Recognizes his specialized expertise in economic development, nonprofit entity formation, governance, and taxation, including recognition by Best Lawyers in America.

Acknowledges his instrumental work with the Business and Nonprofit Entity Code Revision Committee of the Alabama Law Institute, including participation in legislative revisions bills from 2014 through 2023.

Notes his membership in multiple professional organizations including the Alabama Bar Association, Birmingham Bar Association, American Bar Association, and his service as chair of the Tax Section of the Alabama State Bar.

Passed by the Senate on April 19, 2023, and the House of Representatives on April 27, 2023; resolution was offered to him and his family in highest regard and admiration following his death on April 12, 2022.
