Mourns the death of Mr. Lynn Curry Fowler of Decatur, Alabama, who died on May 17, 2023, at age 90.

Recognizes Fowler's career at Southern Bell Telephone Company (now AT&T) from 1965 until retirement, and his service as Chair of the Decatur City School Board in 1996 and Mayor of Decatur from 2000-2004.

Notes his educational achievements including setting passing records in football at Moultrie High School and graduating from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1956.

Lists survivors including his wife of 64 years Anne Fowler, three sons, one daughter, six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

Senate passed the resolution on May 24, 2023, and House of Representatives passed it on May 31, 2023.
