Establishes a special order calendar for the Alabama Senate's third legislative day on July 19, 2023, during the 2023 Second Special Session.

Gives priority to SB5 (Congressional districts, redrawn) sponsored by Senator Livingston.

Gives priority to SB3 (Legislature transmission of local laws or constitutional amendments before appropriations) sponsored by Senator Chambliss.

Gives priority to SB4 (Employees' Retirement System, certain retired state policemen permitted to perform duties as school resource officer or correctional officer without suspension of retirement allowance) sponsored by 23 senators.

Establishes these three bills as special and paramount order of business, taking precedence over regular order of business or any pending or unfinished business.
