Proposes a constitutional amendment to Alabama to remove the age restriction for Dale County's probate judge, allowing candidates who are not over age 75 at the time of qualifying for election or appointment.

Modifies Section 155 of the Alabama Constitution of 2022, which currently contains an age limitation for probate judges in Dale County.

Election on the proposed amendment shall be held according to Sections 284, 284.01, and 285 of the Constitution of Alabama of 2022 and state election laws, with ballot description provided.

Amendment becomes valid upon approval by a majority of qualified electors voting on the measure.

House passed the bill on February 21, 2024, and Senate passed on April 25, 2024.
