Amends Section 4 of Act 85-435 to establish a $1 fee per license tag issuance by the judge of probate, with all fees paid to the county's general fund.

Adds a new $2 per license tag fee in addition to all other charges and fees, to be deposited in the Sheriff's Law Enforcement Fund for law enforcement purposes.

The $2 fee requires requisition by the sheriff for use and applies to all license tag issuances in St. Clair County.

Becomes effective October 1, 2024.
