Adds Article 4B to Alabama Code Title 13A Chapter 6, creating crimes for clergy members who commit sexual acts with children under 19 years of age or protected persons under 22 years of age.

Defines "clergy member" as an ordained, licensed, or commissioned religious leader or person who regularly devotes substantial time to service of an established church or religious organization in a position of trust or authority.

Makes sexual intercourse or sodomy by a clergy member with a child a Class B felony; consent is not a defense.

Makes sexual contact by a clergy member with a child a Class C felony; also makes soliciting, persuading, encouraging, or enticing a child to engage in sex acts a Class C felony.

Makes distributing obscene matter depicting sexual conduct to a child or soliciting a child to transmit such material a Class C felony; act becomes effective immediately.
