Exempts the Birmingham Host Committee 2025 World Police and Fire Games, an Alabama nonprofit corporation, from paying or collecting all state, county, and municipal sales, use, and license taxes related to the 2025 World Police and Fire Games event.

Exempts all property owned by the Birmingham Host Committee 2025 World Police and Fire Games and used for the event from all state, county, and local ad valorem taxes.

Includes exemptions for taxes on property purchases or uses, gross proceeds from property sales or uses, and admissions to the 2025 World Police and Fire Games event.

Exemptions expire on December 31 of the year following the year the 2025 World Police and Fire Games event concludes.

Becomes effective June 1, 2024.
