Authorizes the Chilton County Sheriff to establish procedures for making purchases of tangible property or services using credit cards or debit cards issued to the sheriff's office.

Requires the sheriff to adopt written policies including monetary limits on individual purchases and monthly totals, restricted access to card numbers and security codes, and accurate record-keeping procedures subject to audit.

Mandates monthly review of all bills by the sheriff to detect unauthorized charges and ensure timely payment in full to avoid fees, interest, and late charges.

Requires the sheriff to consider annual fees, rewards/rebates, interest rates, finance charges, and termination penalties when selecting card providers.

Directs any card rewards or rebates earned to be deposited into the sheriff's discretionary account; prohibits exceeding appropriated funds or establishing county commission debt; effective June 1, 2024.
