Proposes a constitutional amendment to Alabama's Constitution of 2022 authorizing the Legislature to fix, alter, and regulate court costs in Covington County by local law.

Grants the Legislature authority to determine how court costs in Covington County are distributed.

Amendment requires voter approval through a statewide election conducted in accordance with Alabama election law and constitutional provisions.

Code Commissioner shall properly number and place the amendment in the constitution and may make nonsubstantive editorial revisions upon ratification.

Amendment becomes valid upon approval by a majority of qualified electors voting on the measure.
