Prohibits public K-12 schools from denying immediate athletic eligibility to dependent children of full-time active duty military parents who enroll due to a permanent change of station order, regardless of enrollment date.

Applies the same restrictions to athletic associations operating in Alabama that receive public funds and whose member institutions use public facilities.

Allows schools and athletic associations to require parents to provide permanent change of station orders to verify a bona fide military move necessitating school enrollment.

Becomes effective on October 1, 2024.
