Adopts and incorporates into the Code of Alabama 1975 general and permanent laws enacted during the 2023 First Special Session, 2023 Regular Session, and 2023 Second Special Session as contained in 2023 Cumulative Supplements and 2024 Replacement Volumes 16, 21, and 21A.

Adopts and incorporates 2023 Cumulative Supplements to local law volumes pertaining to various Alabama counties into the Code of Alabama 1975.

Makes four specific corrections: deletes Section 22-24-12 (repealed by implication), deletes Section 27-17A-2 (retained in error), corrects scrivener's error in Section 26-10E-19, and redesignates Section 45-22-100.07 as Section 45-22A-40.

Declares this adoption constitutes continuous systematic codification of the entire Code of Alabama 1975 and expressly provides that this act does not affect any statutes enacted during 2024 legislative sessions.

Requires Secretary of State to file and maintain custody of the cumulative supplements and replacement volumes in that office and upon request to certify any parts thereof for a specified fee.
